As SalesPlus marks its 10th anniversary, we look back on a journey defined by dedication, innovation, and the invaluable relationships we've built with SMEs across the island of Ireland. Founded in early 2014 by Michael McElroy and Willie Maxwell, SalesPlus was born from a vision to bridge the gap for SMEs between outstanding innovation and effective sales strategies. Drawing on their robust experience from InterTradeIreland's Acumen programme, Michael and Willie laid the foundation for a company that would become a beacon of support for businesses striving to find their footing in crowded markets.
Over the years, SalesPlus has evolved into a multi-disciplinary consultancy firm, thanks to the dynamic leadership of Eamon McElroy, who joined as MD in January 2019. Our services have expanded beyond outsourced sales to include lead generation, financial consulting, digital marketing, HR consulting, and bespoke coaching & mentoring, all tailored to the unique needs of SMEs. With a dedicated team of five full-time members and four associates, we pride ourselves on delivering personalized, effective solutions that drive growth and success.
To mark our 10th anniversary, we have launched a new website and extended our suite of services to include Digital Marketing and HR Consulting, ensuring that we can provide our clients with the strategic and operational support they need across a broader range of business disciplines.
As we celebrate this milestone, we also pause to remember Willie Maxwell, who sadly passed away in 2023. Willie's legacy is deeply woven into the fabric of SalesPlus, inspiring us to continue building on the foundation he helped create with integrity, passion, and a deep commitment to our clients.
