Juliana is passionate about driving company growth through innovative sales and digital initiatives. She holds a BB (Hons) in Digital Sales & Marketing and a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Entrepreneurship from Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design & Technology, which has equipped her with an exceptional understanding of the latest trends in digital marketing, sales, customer relationship management, web building/design, digital innovation, storytelling, and data analytics.

Juliana has a strong background in sales, customer service and digital marketing and has a wealth of experience in working with Micro businesses and SME's in a wide range of sectors, which has helped her develop a diverse skill set in B2B sales and digital strategy.

Currently, she is the leader of Digital Projects at SalesPlus, where she collaborates with Micro Businesses and SMEs across Ireland and works with them to develop and implement tailored digital strategies. These include web design, web audits, SEO, content creation and planning, branding, digital marketing, and overall digital strategy.
