About Ann
Ann is a highly experienced senior business executive with a strong commercial background. The first three years of her early career were spent in secondary level teaching before she moved into the private sector, working full-time in large, fast-paced, progressive organisations with sites across Northern Ireland and the Greater Dublin region. With many years of Board experience behind her and a keen interest in the People side of business, Ann brings a very hands-on and business-minded approach to supporting clients who are dealing with challenging or new situations in their businesses such as business development, increasing profitability, introducing a new culture, succession planning, or organisational development.
As well as business consultancy, Ann also specialises in:
• Mentoring business owners/leaders
• Coaching executive and mid-level managers
• General HR consultancy, assisting and advising in situations such as disciplinaries, grievances and downsizing within a business.
